Cardinal Sean Brady's Early Years and Education

Sean Baptist Brady was born on August 16, 1939 in Drumcalpin, a small town in north central Ireland in the borderlands between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. He attended the local primary school, Caulfield National School. His parents were farmers, and he has a brother and a sister.
